Job Responsibilities:

Position directly supports the Acquisition and Tools and Technology team within the Common Aviation Support Equipment Program Office (PMA260). Duties include providing administrative and technical support to executive staff such as managing personnel requirements for PMA260 Infrastructure personnel in CSPT, conducting quarterly reviews with IPTLs, and providing updates to Program Office leadership, as required. The position will perform as the PMA260 Cost Pillar Lead to ensure PMA260 initiatives are captured and documented in accordance with Cost Pillar requirements, while assisting PMA260 personnel with the overarching Cost Pillar Process. Will review and update PMA260 briefings; revise/manage PMA seating configurations; and create/distribute “All Hands” messaging and meeting makers. Other duties include providing basic IT support by assisting with office and conference room IT configurations and troubleshooting; performing inventory management of PMA260 property; conducting demonstrations and training for incoming personnel; and providing NMCI support, such as setting up computer assets, completing paperwork, tracking computer hardware, and placing orders. Will also update documentation and tools, such as organizational charts and distribution lists; perform PMA260 official mail manager duties; establish, track, and facilitate PMA260 training events; and generate and revise PMA260 User Guides, processes, policies, and business rules. Qualifications & Requirements:

Job Responsibilities:

Position is within the Maritime Patrol and Reconnaissance Aircraft (MPRA) Program Office’s (PMA-290) Joint Program Office (JPO) in support of U.S. Navy and Royal Australian Air Force (RAAF) P-8A Poseidon Cooperative Program initiatives. Tasking will primarily include assisting with the development, execution, modification, and issue resolution of provisioning and supply support activities while working within the Navy Supply System and NAVSUP-WSS tools/databases. Position will process transactions using MILSTRIP, create part number purchases, process receipts, modify Purchase Requisitions/Orders, and identify/resolve supply support deficiencies. Also, duties will involve the generation of Memorandums of Understanding/Agreement (MOU/MOA) and desk guides/handbooks. In addition, the position will be responsible for the performance of various tasks related to acquisition, Integrated Logistics/Product Support (ILS/IPS), supply support, sustainment, and other life-cycle management evolutions for RAAF P-8A aircraft and mission systems. Due to time zone differences with RAAF representatives in Australia, afterhours work is sometimes required and possibly international travel. Qualifications & Requirements:

  • A MS/MA degree, a BS/BA and an additional four (4) years of relevant experience, or a HS Diploma/GED and an additional ten (10) years of relevant experience.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Must have four (4) years of practical experience as an AO technician performing organizational/intermediate level operations and maintenance on AWSE.
