Job Responsibilities:

Position directly supports the H-53 Heavy Lift Helicopters Program Office (PMA-261). Duties primarily involve serving as a Level 3 Integrated Product Team Lead (IPTL) supporting related Program Management (PM) duties to include PM guidance, team leadership/coordination, build and maintain a robust team to achieve fleet mission requirements, and meet cost, schedule, and performance goals.   • Must have four (4) years of practical experience as an AO technician performing organizational/intermediate level operations and maintenance on AWSE.

Journeyman Program Analyst

Performs various program analysis/acquisition related tasks for the development, operation, evaluation, and improvement of weapon systems support equipment (SE) and information systems while supporting NAVAIR’s Common Aviation Support Equipment Program Office (PMA260). Duties and responsibilities include serving as the primary liaison between the Integrated Product Team Lead (IPTL), the Procurement team/Contract Specialist, the Business Financial Manager (BFM), and the Acquisition team to facilitate a quality and efficient procurement process across PMA260. Tasking will also include PID Package development, creating Procurement Planning Agreements (PPA) for utilization during the Procurement Planning Conferences (PPC), and proactively initiating, scheduling, and facilitating Pre-PPCs and PPCs. The position is also responsible for interfacing with the BFM team to create funding SOWs, linking PIDs and SPIDs, routing documentation, and reporting/ensuring milestones are updated within PMT. Additionally, duties include assisting the development/maturity of PID package acquisition documentation, as well as furthering the evolution of the PMA260 PID process Business Rules.
