Program Analyst, Journeyman
Job Responsibilities:
Position directly supports the NAWCAD Program Management Department’s (PMD) business operations and activities. This position will play a crucial role in supporting the Contracting Officer Representative (COR) and ensuring the effective management of the PMD CSS PM Support contract. Specific duties, such as documentation and reporting, will include assisting in the preparation and maintenance of contract documentation, as well as ensuring all records are up-to-date and complete and support the preparation of performance reports. Data analysis related to contract performance, budget, and compliance will need to be conducted, as well as the identification of trends, variances, and potential issues for timely resolution. Another task will be the monitoring of contractor compliance with contract terms and conditions, tracking deliverables, timelines, and quality standards. Other duties may include the facilitation of communication between the contracting officer, COR, and contractor; coordination to organize meetings, prepare agendas, and document meeting outcomes. Financial Management will also be expected through the tracking of contract expenditures and ensuring financial obligations are met in accordance with contract terms. Employee will support the NAWCAD Brach Heads with requirements driven from program level, mitigating risk, and optimizing business operations. Positional duties may include other tasks on an as-needed basis. Position is located at NAS Patuxent River, MD; some telework may be authorized on a case-by-case basis. Requisition #ESI0111
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Requires three (3) to ten (10) years of experience supporting and analyzing NAVAIR/NAWCAD or DoD-related program/project objectives and activities.
- Requires a BA/BS degree. ALLOWABLE SUBSTITUTION: AA/AS degree with an additional two (2) years of experience OR a high school diploma/GED and an additional four (4) years of applicable experience.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Must be a U.S. citizen and have an active Secret level DoD security clearance.
