Job Responsibilities:

Position directly supports the NAWCAD Program Management Department’s (PMD) business operations and activities. This position will play a crucial role in supporting the Contracting Officer Representative (COR) and ensuring the effective management of the PMD CSS PM Support contract. General duties include: applying analytic techniques in the evaluation of program/project objectives; analyzing requirements, status, budgets, and schedules; performs management, technical, or business case analyses; collects, completes, organizes and interprets data relating to aircraft/weapon/project acquisition and product programs; tracks program/project status and schedules; and applies government-instituted processes for documentation, change control management and data management. Specific duties include:

Documentation and Reporting: Assist in the preparation and maintenance of contract documentation. Ensure all records are up-to-date and complete and support the preparation of performance reports.

Data Analysis: Conduct data analysis related to contract performance, budget, and compliance. Identify trends, variances, and potential issues for timely resolution. Compliance Monitoring: Monitor contractor compliance with contract terms and conditions, tracking deliverables, timelines, and quality standards.

Communication and Coordination: Facilitate communication between the contracting officer, COR, and contractor. Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and document meeting outcomes.

Financial Management: Track contract expenditures and ensure financial obligations are met in accordance with contract terms. Supports NAWCAD Branch Heads with requirements driven from program level, mitigating risk, and optimizing business operations.

Job Responsibilities:

Duties include applying engineering techniques, principles, and precedents to develop, design, fabricate, modify, install, test, evaluate, and/or operate electrical, electronic, avionics, mechanical, communications, stores, armament/ordnance, or related data processing systems for the P-8A Poseidon Integrated Systems Test Laboratory (PISTL). Also, reviews, analyzes, develops, prepares, and/or applies engineering, technical, or maintenance specifications, policies, standards, or procedures. Organizes, analyzes, and prepares reports or presentations of technical data and information. Plans and performs tests and evaluations of systems equipment or components. Qualifications & Requirements:

Tasks may include delivering AAI technical and tactical training, evaluating aircrew operations and performance, providing training feedback, performing post-flight reconstruction and analysis, conducting full spectrum analysis of collected data sets, providing input on current and future collection systems, and supporting AAI operations. Additional responsibilities involve acquiring a Civilian Project Specialist designation to support inflight intelligence data collection missions and training events.
