PMA-273 Program Analyst, Journeyman
Job Responsibilities:
Position directly supports the Naval Undergraduate Flight Training Systems Program Office (PMA-273) and associated IPTs. Applies analytic techniques in the evaluation of program/project objectives. Analyzes requirements, statuses, budgets, and schedules. Performs management, technical, or business case analyses. Collects, completes, organizes, and interprets data relating to PMA-273 aircraft/project acquisition and product programs. Tracks program/project status and schedules. Applies government-instituted processes for documentation, change control management, and data management. Position is located in Patuxent River, MD, and includes a hybrid work environment (telework and in-office). Requisition #2023-052
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Requires a BA/BS degree and three (3) to ten (10) years of experience applying analytic techniques in the evaluation of DoD/NAVAIR-related program/project objectives. ALLOWABLE SUBSTITUTION: AA/AS degree with an additional two (2) years of experience OR a high school diploma/GED and an additional four (4) years of experience.
- Must have experience in program/project analysis activities.
- Have an active Secret level DoD security clearance.
- Experience with NAVAIR AMS Tools, and familiarity with PMA-273 processes and program requirements is highly desired.
