PMA-290 Senior Logistics Manager
Job Responsibilities:
Position is within the Maritime Patrol and Reconnaissance Aircraft (MPRA) Program Office’s (PMA-290) Joint Program Office (JPO) in support of U.S. Navy and Royal Australian Air Force (RAAF) P-8A Poseidon Cooperative Program initiatives. Tasking will primarily include assisting with the development, execution, modification, and issue resolution of provisioning and supply support activities while working within the Navy Supply System and NAVSUP-WSS tools/databases. Position will process transactions using MILSTRIP, create part number purchases, process receipts, modify Purchase Requisitions/Orders, and identify/resolve supply support deficiencies. Also, duties will involve the generation of Memorandums of Understanding/Agreement (MOU/MOA) and desk guides/handbooks. In addition, the position will be responsible for the performance of various tasks related to acquisition, Integrated Logistics/Product Support (ILS/IPS), supply support, sustainment, and other life-cycle management evolutions for RAAF P-8A aircraft and mission systems. Due to time zone differences with RAAF representatives in Australia, afterhours work is sometimes required and possibly international travel. May be required to perform other tasks on an as-needed basis. Position is located at NAVSUP-WSS Philadelphia, PA and involves a hybrid work schedule (in office 80% and telework 20%). Qualifications & Requirements:
- A MS/MA degree, a BS/BA and an additional four (4) years of relevant experience, or a HS Diploma/GED and an additional ten (10) years of relevant experience.
- Ten (10) years of logistics acquisition, sustainment, and/or aviation maintenance experience.
- In-depth familiarity with Navy-ERP, MILSTRIP, LMS21, FedMall, One Touch Support, PDREP, PIEE, and other Navy Supply System related tools/databases is highly desired.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen
- A Secret Level Clearance
