Program Analyst, Journeyman
Job Responsibilities:
Position directly supports the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Antenna Project Lead within NAWCAD’s Antenna Systems Engineering Division, Avionics Engineering Department, Mission Systems Group. This position assists the FAA Antenna Project Lead in all program management activities and acquisition milestones required to successfully execute efforts within the project budget. Position will assist in advanced planning, budgeting, risk management, and coordination efforts to meet program objectives, and achieve program cost, schedule, and performance goals for complete system development, acquisition, and integration. Additional duties include supporting, reviewing, and understanding antenna SOW deliverables, tasking, program milestones, and schedules; collaborating with team members (engineers, scheduler, budget analyst, FAA Leadership, and PM); taking action items and collating meeting notes; and tracking project accomplishments, scheduled events, and current/future project tasks for project reports to the FAA. Qualifications & Requirements:
- Requires three (3) to ten (10) years of experience supporting and analyzing NAVAIR/NAWCAD or DoD-related program/project objectives and activities.
- Requires a BA/BS degree. Degree in Business Administration is desired. ALLOWABLE SUBSTITUTION: AA/AS degree with an additional two (2) years of experience OR a high school diploma/GED and an additional four (4) years of applicable experience.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Experience in MS Project is desired
- Must be a U.S. citizen and have an active Secret level DoD security clearance.
