Program Analyst, Junior (PMD Contract Support)

Job Responsibilities:

Position directly supports the NAWCAD Program Management Department’s (PMD) business operations and activities. This position will play a crucial role in supporting the Contracting Officer Representative (COR) and ensuring the effective management of the PMD CSS PM Support contract. General duties include: applying analytic techniques in the evaluation of program/project objectives; analyzing requirements, status, budgets, and schedules; performs management, technical, or business case analyses; collects, completes, organizes and interprets data relating to aircraft/weapon/project acquisition and product programs; tracks program/project status and schedules; and applies government-instituted processes for documentation, change control management and data management. Specific duties include:

Documentation and Reporting: Assist in the preparation and maintenance of contract documentation. Ensure all records are up-to-date and complete and support the preparation of performance reports.

Data Analysis: Conduct data analysis related to contract performance, budget, and compliance. Identify trends, variances, and potential issues for timely resolution. Compliance Monitoring: Monitor contractor compliance with contract terms and conditions, tracking deliverables, timelines, and quality standards.

Communication and Coordination: Facilitate communication between the contracting officer, COR, and contractor. Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and document meeting outcomes.

Financial Management: Track contract expenditures and ensure financial obligations are met in accordance with contract terms. Supports NAWCAD Branch Heads with requirements driven from program level, mitigating risk, and optimizing business operations.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Requires a BA/BS degree. Allowable BA/BS substitutions: AA/AS plus two (2) years additional experience OR HS Diploma/GED and four (4) years additional experience. 0 – 3 years experience in program analysis/operations related activities.
  • Must have an active Secret level DoD security clearance.
