Program Analyst, Journeyman (PMA-207)

Job Responsibilities:

Position directly supports the Tactical Airlift Program Office (PMA-207) and the Sustainment IPT as a Program/Project Management Analyst. This position supports structural safety, obsolescence, sustainment upgrades, acquisition planning, risk management, and systems integration activities for the C/KC-130 Hercules fleets. The position also assists with the acquisition, contracting, budgeting, product support, and sustainment strategies for associated Planned Maintenance Interval (PMI) Sustainment contracts. Additionally, duties will involve supporting the Sustainment Level I IPTL with development and execution of sustainment contracts to include commercial maintenance and organic sustainment programs, as well as being responsible for the coordination and management of all Naval Sustainment Support (NSS-A) pillar efforts. Position is located in Patuxent River, MD, and may include a hybrid (telework and in-office) work environment on a case-by-case basis. Requisition #ESI 0100B

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • A BA/BS degree and three (3) to ten (10) years of experience within DOW – related program/project management activities. ALLOWABLE SUBSTITUTION: AA/AS degree with an additional two (2) years of experience OR a high school diploma/GED and an additional four (4) years of experience
  • Must have Program Management experience within DoW programs and strong written and verbal communications skills
  • Experience with PM tools (i.e. AMS) and MS Office Products (including Project)
  • Active Secret Level security clearance
  • Salary range: $80K – $120K/year, negotiable depending on skills/experience level.
