Financial Analyst:

Candidate must have an BS/BA in a Business, Management, or relevant technical discipline; experience substitutions authorized. Must have at least three (3) years of financial management experience within the Department of the Navy (DoN). Candidate will conduct financial analysis of PMA-290 programs and support development of cost estimates/reports, Team Work Plans, program execution plans, and Command Staffing requirements. Candidate will also provide financial management recommendations to leadership. Requires proficiency with Navy-ERP, Common Spend Plan Tool, and knowledge of DoD Federal Management Regulations, FAR, DFAR, PPBE process, and DoN procurement policies and procedures. Position also requires a Secret level security clearance, as well as experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook; familiarity with Microsoft Project is a plus. Senior Operations Logistics Manager:

Requires a bachelor's degree, ten (10) years' experience in operational logistics/maintenance engineering, and four (4) years within supervisory positions in support of acquisition or operational commands. Previous experience with MPRA acquisition and/or operational logistics/maintenance activities are highly desired. Duties include serving as a senior-level logistician assisting DAPMLs with program management, acquisition, ILS/IPS, and life-cycle management evolutions for the P-8A aircraft and related mission systems. Responsible for managing and coordinating the execution of ILS/IPS-related analysis, requirements definition, planning, development, integration, implementation, and management efforts as they apply to MPRA in-service aircraft, weapon systems, training, and/or SE programs. Must be a U.S. Citizen, able to obtain/retain a Secret security level clearance, and perform other tasks on an as-needed basis. Position is located at NAS Patuxent River, MD. Requisition #2020-026

Armament/Weapons Support Equipment (AWSE) Engineering Technician:

Requires a high school diploma/GED and completion of a military/technical trade school resulting in an Aviation Ordnanceman (AO) Navy Occupational Specialty (NOS) Code A420 or an Aircraft Ordnance Technician, Military Occupational Specialty (MOS) 6531 in the USMC. Must have four (4) years of practical experience as an AO technician performing organizational/intermediate level operations and maintenance on AWSE. Experience supporting the AWSE Program along with designation as an AO Quality Assurance Representative (QAR), Collateral Duty Inspector (CDI), or equivalent are highly desired. Duties include interpreting, analyzing, utilizing, evaluating, and recommending improvements to engineering drawings, schematics, parts lists, and specifications, while also assembling mechanical equipment accordingly. Must be able to clearly communicate and understand technical requirements/procedures as they pertain to mechanical/electro-mechanical SE/AWSE, while also being capable of performing test and evaluation of SE items independently. Performance of duties may occur in afloat shipboard environments, along with ashore flight-line, hangar, and AO shop locations. Additionally, must possess or be able to obtain licenses/certifications for US Navy forklifts (up to 20K lbs), Category III Overhead Hoist, Aircraft Maintenance Cranes, SE Tow Tractors, Powered Bomb Hoist, Powered Weapons Loaders, and an Airfield Operators License. May be required to perform other tasks on an as-needed basis, and be able to obtain and retain a DoD Secret level security clearance. Position is located at NAS Patuxent River, MD. MPRA Logistics Support:

Requires a BS/BA and at least three (3) years of experience in Defense Life-Cycle Acquisition logistics; one (1) additional year of experience may be substituted for a BS/BA degree. Proficiency in MS Word/Excel and knowledge of Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) Configuration Management (CM) and Technical Directives (TD) are required. Performs various tasks related to the development, operation, evaluation, and improvement of P-8A weapon systems supportability and maintainability. Duties include collecting, compiling, analyzing, investigating, researching, and/or applying logistics, maintenance, acquisition, and/or financial data and information. Additionally, performs non-routine administrative and analytical tasks within the P-8A IPT, including logistics, CM, and TD support. Position also entails developing and reviewing NAVAIRINST 4130 Configuration Control Board Documents, as well as drafting, reviewing, and storing TDs. Must be able to obtain/retain a Secret level security clearance. May be required to perform additional tasks on an as-needed basis. Position located at NAS Patuxent River, MD. Requisition #2020-022

MPRA Product Support Logistician:

Position requires a BS/BA and at least six (6) years of experience in operational logistics support/maintenance engineering; a MS/MA degree may be substituted for two (2) years of operations logistics experience. Operational MPRA experience is highly desired. Primary function is support the EP-3E Aires DAPML in delivering Optimal Sustained Mission Capability Readiness to the EP-3E Fleet. Positional duties include: continuously monitoring Fleet Readiness degraders and coordinating proactive mitigating actions; monitoring/managing EP-3E Depot initiatives with other DAPMLs; liaising repairables/consumables with NAVSUP and DLA; reviewing CM documentation for accuracy and wholeness; maintaining an active technical publications tracker, reviewing at least monthly, and coordinating priorities with Class Desk and IPT Lead(s); monitoring the DMSMS Program and implementing necessary mitigation steps; monitoring training program and EP-3E Master Training Plan; providing budget execution and future requirements estimates to APML and IPT Lead(s); as well as assisting with other ILS/IPS needs for the EP-3E Fleet. Must be a U.S. Citizen, able to obtain/retain a Top Secret level security clearance, and perform other tasks on an as-needed basis. Position located in Patuxent River, MD. Requisition #2020-018

MPRA Logistician:

Requires a bachelor's degree or an additional five (5) years of acquisition/operational logistics experience. Must have at least 6 years of operational logistics support experience. Functions include performing as a warehouse logistician supporting MPRA programs. As applicable, generates budgets and spend plans; prepares ILS documents; manages material assets; reviews technical data and publications; collects and reports logistics data; and analyzes maintenance and logistics processes. Previous military and/or commercial experience in supply support activities (ie U.S. Navy AK, SK, or LS ratings) are highly desired. Must be able to obtain/retain a Secret level security clearance and perform additional tasks on an as-needed basis. Position located in Jacksonville, FL. Requisition #2020-011

Sr. Electrical Engineer:

Candidate requires a BS degree in electrical engineering from an accredited ABET college or university. Must have at least 8 years of experience supporting RDT&E programs for military aircraft/weapon systems, including 6 years performing in the function areas described below. Must have demonstrated experience directing, monitoring, and/or participating in the installation, configuration, calibration, and operation of engine test systems, environmental chambers, associated instrumentation, and/or data acquisition systems used for testing propulsion and electrical power systems. Prior DoD acquisition work experience is preferred. The candidate should be capable of managing programs including writing proposals, developing program plans, and providing briefing material. Functions involve applying engineering principles to modify and upgrade laboratory electrical and instrumentation systems in support of power and propulsion RDT&E programs. Prepares procurement specification inputs, interface drawings, installation design packages, and calibration procedures to accommodate unique test requirements. Oversees systems modifications, installation, integration, and checkout functions. Performs test planning, data collection, and test data analysis. Candidate must be able to obtain/retain a Secret level DoD security clearance and may be required to perform other tasks on an as-needed basis. Position is located in Patuxent River, MD. Electrical Engineer:

Candidate requires a BS degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited ABET college or university. Must have at least 4 years of experience supporting RDT&E programs for military aircraft/weapon systems, including 2 years planning, directing, and/or participating in aircraft and laboratory testing. Functions entail providing support for electrical power quality testing and evaluation, including voltage and frequency transients/modulation, voltage distortion, and power interruption on various aircraft, shipboard, ground vehicle, and vendor prototype components and equipment. Additionally, the candidate will interface test articles with programmable power supplies and data acquisition equipment to conduct power quality tests, followed by analysis of test article responses for compliance with MIL-SPECS/MIL-STDs. In particular, candidate must have experience with MIL-STD-704, MIL-STD-1275, and FAA RTCA DO-160. Position also requires knowledge of test planning, data collection, data analysis, test report writing, and presentation of results. Further requirements include specialized knowledge and experience in the design, installation, operation, calibration, maintenance and repair of power quality test facilities, associated equipment, and their control systems. Candidate must be able to obtain/retain a Secret level DoD security clearance, and may be required to perform other tasks on an as-needed basis. Position is located in Patuxent River, MD. Systems Administrator:

Requires a BS or BA degree in Computer Science or related technical specialty; OR a HS diploma/GED AND an additional eight (8) years of combined education/experience working within a relevant technical field. Basic experience includes at least three (3) years of computer systems related support and requires certifications in Security+ CE (or higher) and in at least one Microsoft Operating System (OS) within 180 days of employment. Additionally, knowledge and skills relating to Windows Server 2016/Windows 10 and Active directory are essential, along with ability to address service requests, routine server maintenance, and server consolidation. Additionally, this position necessitates having knowledge in Windows Server OS Security directives, DoD Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIG), and Track-IT or other Helpdesk Applications. Positional duties involve providing systems administration support to maintain closed-loop network functionality; performing data backup, storage, and archiving routines; developing and submitting inputs to software user documentation; complying with NAVAIR information security guidelines; supporting configuration management requirements; and operating computers, network servers, backup storage devices, and other peripheral equipment. Candidate must have a top-secret level security clearance and may be required to perform other tasks on an as-needed basis. Position is located at NAS Patuxent River, MD. Requisition #2020-002

Junior Engineer (Electrical):

Candidate requires a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering. Assists senior engineers and technicians in the investigation, analysis, planning, design, development, implementation, test, and/or evaluation of military aviation support equipment (SE) and associated support systems. Supports engineers and technicians in the test, repair, and modification of common and peculiar SE for Naval aircraft and weapon systems. Participates in requirements and performance evaluation reviews, as well as assists in preparing engineering and technical analyses, reports, change proposals, and other technical documentation. Performs functions such as system integration testing, government acceptance testing, and acquisition support with limited supervision. Must be familiar with the use of common shop tools and test equipment. Previous experience in an electrical systems or manufacturing environment is highly desired. Must be proficient using Microsoft Office products in order to manage databases and generate basic test documents. Required physical activities include recurring walking, stooping, bending, light to heavy lifting (>35 lbs.), and climbing. Candidate will be trained in the operation of a standard forklift, overhead cranes, and other SE used in support of daily activities. Performs other tasks associated with maintaining an efficient mechanical/electrical laboratory, as required. Must be a US citizen, have a valid state driver's license and be able to obtain and retain a DoD Secret security clearance. Position is located in Patuxent River, MD. Requisition #2020-001

Armament/Weapons Support Equipment Engineering-Technician:

Position requires a high school diploma or equivalent and completion of a military or technical trade school; or completion of at least 30 semester hours of technical or science related courses. Requires twelve (12) years of practical experience as an SE/AWSE mechanic/technician, including six (6) years performing installation of armament and/or weapons equipment. Class C Ordnance Handler certification is required. Candidate must be able to interpret, analyze, utilize, evaluate, and recommend improvements to engineering drawings, schematics, parts lists, and specifications, while also being able to assemble mechanical equipment accordingly. Must be able to clearly communicate and understand technical requirements/procedures as they pertain to mechanical/electro-mechanical SE/AWSE, while also being capable of performing test and evaluation of SE items independently. Machine shop and fabrication experience is preferred, to include knowledge of manual and CNC end-mills (operator only), manual lathe, horizontal and vertical band saw, drill press, grinders, pneumatic swaging machine, GMAW (MIG), SMAW (Stick) Welding, and plasma cutting. Must be able to obtain and retain certifications/licenses for the following categories: CAT III (Non-Cab) Crane; Aircraft Maintenance Cranes; SE Tow Tractors; Powered Bomb Hoist; Powered Weapons Loaders; Forklift up to 20,000 lbs; and an Airfield Operators License. Performance of other tasks may also be required on an as-needed basis. Must be able to obtain and retain a DoD Secret level security clearance. Position is located at NAS Pt. Mugu, CA.
