PMA-299 Program Analyst, Journeyman
Job Responsibilities:
Position directly supports the PMA-299 Mission Systems Integrated Product Team (IPT) by applying analytic techniques in the evaluation of program/project objectives; analyzes and/or tracks program/project requirements, statuses, budgets, and schedules; performs management, technical, and/or business case analyses; and collects, completes, organizes, and interprets data relating to aircraft/weapon/project acquisition, production, or sustainment programs. Additionally, assists in the development of Statement(s) of Work (SOW) and Contract Data Requirements List(s) (CDRL), and will apply government-instituted processes for documentation, change control management, and data management. Position is located in Patuxent River, MD; some telework may be authorized on a case-by-case basis. Requisition #ESI0109
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Requires a BA/BS degree and three (3) to ten (10) years of experience applying analytic techniques in the evaluation of program/project objectives. ALLOWABLE SUBSTITUTION: AA/AS degree with an additional two (2) years of experience OR a high school diploma/GED and an additional four (4) years of experience.
- Experience in Acquisition Management System (AMS) modules (i.e., CDRL Tool, PMT, CSPT) is highly desired.
- Must have experience in DoD and/or NAVAIR program/project analysis activities and must have an active Secret level DoD security clearance.
