Program Analyst, Journeyman

Job Responsibilities:

Analysts will perform within the V-22 Joint Program Office (PMA-275) and the Osprey Communications/Navigation (COM/NAV) IPT, while specifically supporting the Level 3 Navigation IPT (including Global Positioning System (GPS) and M-Code requirements), and/or the Level 3 Ancillary Systems/Sensors IPT (Weather and Terrain Following Radars/Programs). Applies analytic techniques in the evaluation of program/project objectives; analyzes and/or tracks program/project requirements, statuses, budgets, and schedules; performs management, technical, and/or business case analyses; and collects, completes, organizes, and interprets data relating to aircraft/weapon/project acquisition, production, or sustainment programs. Applies government-instituted processes for documentation, change control management, and data management. Position is located in Patuxent River, MD, and includes a hybrid work environment (telework and in-office). Requisition #2023-035

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Requires a BA/BS degree and three (3) to ten (10) years of experience applying analytic techniques in the evaluation of program/project objectives. ALLOWABLE SUBSTITUTION: AA/AS degree with an additional two (2) years of experience OR a high school diploma/GED and an additional four (4) years of experience.
  • Must have experience in program/project analysis activities.
  • Must have an active Secret level DoD security clearance.
  • Experience with AMS PMT and CSPT, ACQ MAT, Clik tools, MS Office Products (including Project), and COM/NAV-related programs is highly desired/preferred.
