PMA260 Program Analyst Scheduler, Journeyman

Job Responsibilities:

Performs scheduling support for the Common Aviation Support Equipment (SE) Program Office (PMA260). Collects, completes, organizes, and interprets technical data and information relating to aircraft SE acquisition and product programs. Position will analyze, develop, and maintain Government Integrated Master Schedules. Will also perform as a Data Manager and assist acquisition teams with the generation, tracking, and disposition of the DD-1423 Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) and other related products in accordance with NAVAIR processes and toolkits to support multiple contracting efforts. Duties include participating as a member of Data Requirements Review Boards to ensure scheduling and data requirements comply with acquisition suitability policies and procedures. Responsibilities may also require performance of other tasks on an as-needed basis. Position is located at NAS Patuxent River, MD, and includes a hybrid work environment (telework and in-office). Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Requires a BA/BS degree and three (3) to ten (10) years of experience. ALLOWABLE SUBSTITUTION: AA/AS degree with an additional four (4) years of experience, OR a high school diploma/GED and an additional six (6) years of experience.
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen and be able to obtain/retain a DoD Secret level security clearance.
  • Must have demonstrated experience in DoD program acquisition, funding, program/project schedules, and contract documentation.
  • Experience with AMS CDRL tool, MS Project, Project Online, and OnePager Pro is highly desired.
