Logistician:

Position requires a high school diploma/GED and at least four (4) years of experience in DoD related Integrated Logistics Support (ILS). Position will provide ILS for the Airborne Anti-Submarine Warfare Intelligence (AAI) data collection systems and specialized test equipment. Duties include support for installed AAI mission equipment, support site inventories, and DoD weapon systems/equipment. Additionally, position requirements involve providing administrative support to U.S. Navy Fleet personnel, assisting in AAI peculiar configuration management, metrics tracking, and document control/processing. May be required to perform other tasks on an as needed basis. Must be able to obtain and retain a DoD Secret level security clearance. Position is located at NAS Patuxent River, MD. E-2C SIL Engineering/Electronic Technician:

Position requires a High School diploma or GED, along with completion of a technical school; trade school; advanced armed services technical school curriculum; or completion of at least 30 semester hours of course studies at an accredited college or university in an engineering, scientific, or technical curriculum. Additionally, at least four (4) years of experience is required performing functions in an electronics/avionics field, where at least one (1) year of experience shall have involved engineering/technical functions within Naval Aircraft weapons systems. Positional functions include selecting and preparing E-2C/E-2D Hawkeye Aircraft avionics items for test; operating test equipment and units under test (UUT); conducting verification and validation; and recording test data within the Software Support Activity (SSA) Systems Integration Lab (SIL) while identifying deviations and errors resulting from hardware and/or software malfunctions. Operates, maintains, and/or repairs SIL systems and electronic test equipment and simulators. Provides input for development/design specifications and documentation for multiple E-2C/D platforms. Evaluates operator and maintenance documentation; reports findings and recommendations. Specific technical and maintenance experience with E-2C/D platforms is highly desired. Must be able to obtain/retain a Secret level DoD security clearance and may be required to perform other tasks on an as-needed basis. Position is located in Patuxent River, MD. Requisition #2019-025

Financial Analyst:

Candidate must have an BS/BA in a Business, Management, or relevant technical discipline; experience substitutions authorized. Must have at least four (4) years of financial management experience, two (2) of which must be within DoN. Candidate will conduct financial analysis of PMA-290 programs and support development of cost estimates/reports, Team Work Plans, program execution plans, and Command Staffing requirements. Candidate will also provide financial management recommendations to leadership. Requires proficiency with Navy-ERP and knowledge of DoD Federal Management Regulations, FAR, DFAR, PPBE process, and DoN procurement policies and procedures. Position also requires experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook; familiarity with Microsoft Project is a plus. Position requires a Secret level security clearance. Drafter/Designer Technician, Junior (Summer Hire):

Computer-aided design experience with applications such as SolidWorks and/or AutoCAD is highly desired. Position will assist Sr. engineers and technicians in the design, development, installation, modification, upgrade, operation, inspection, maintenance, and repair of aircraft and/or laboratory propulsion, electrical, electronic, and/or mechanical systems. Primarily serves as a computer-aided drafter/designer while working closely with Project and Test engineers in supporting concept development of models/drawings. Duties include drafting engineering drawings and models using computer-aided design software, such as SolidWorks and/or AutoCAD; providing technical support and coordination with machine shop personnel for fabrication of fixtures or other parts; and providing for and assuring timely availability of the test equipment and fixturing needed for carrying out test program objectives. Candidate may be required to perform other tasks on an as needed basis. Must have a high school diploma and be able to obtain and retain a DoD security clearance. Drafter/Designer Technician II:

Position requires a high school diploma/GED and completion of a military or technical trade school in propulsion systems, electricity, electronics, avionics, mechanics, or armaments/ordnance; or completion of at least 30 semester hours of technical based courses. Must have at least three (3) years of practical experience in the design and fabrication of test fixtures. Test laboratory experience is highly desired. Computer-aided design experience with applications such as SolidWorks and/or AutoCAD is required. Position will assist Sr. engineers and technicians in the design, development, installation, modification, upgrade, operation, inspection, maintenance, and repair of aircraft and/or laboratory propulsion, electrical, electronic, and/or mechanical systems. Primarily serves as a computer-aided drafter/designer while working closely with Project and Test engineers in supporting concept development of models/drawings. AWSE Logistics Analyst:

Position requires a bachelor's degree and at least six (6) years' experience in operational logistics support/maintenance engineering; an additional five (5) years of acquisition and/or operational logistics management experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree. Performs various tasks related to the sustainment and acquisition of Armament/Weapons Support Equipment (AWSE) including supporting Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) management and sustainment of various common support equipment (CSE) and associated systems. Position requires extensive knowledge of ILS and program management to plan and implement life cycle support activities. Duties include assisting in the development of Logistics Support Analysis (LSA), maintenance plans, Support Equipment Changes, Technical Directives, Provisional Technical Documentation, Supply Support, Training, and all other ILS elements. Other duties include analyzing and resolving engineering and logistics problems, solving scheduling conflicts, and maintaining configuration control of assigned equipment. A support equipment background and experience with Naval Air Technical and Engineering Command (NATEC), Joint Deficiency Reporting System (JDRS), and Web Federal Logistics Information System (WebFLIS) is preferred. Must have excellent written and oral communication skills. Recent military experience strongly desired. May be required to perform additional tasks on an as-needed basis. Engineering Technician III (CSE/PSE):

Candidate requires a High School diploma/GED and completion of a technical school, trade school, advanced armed services technical school, or completion of at least thirty (30) semester hours of course studies in a technical curriculum. Requires at least ten (10) years of practical experience in the aviation avionics field that includes four (4) years performing avionics equipment installations at the intermediate level maintenance level using avionics CSE/PSE. Experience with CASS/RTCASS systems is highly desired. This position performs assignments that are not completely standardized or prescribed; selects or adapts standard procedures for equipment by using fully applicable precedents, receives initial instructions and equipment requirements, and is provided advice from supervisor or engineer as needed. Additionally, this position will performs one or a combination of the following typical duties related to CASS/RTCASS systems: constructs components, subunits, or simple models and/or adapts standard equipment; may troubleshoot and correct malfunctions; conducts various tests or experiments which may require minor modifications in test setups or procedures as well as subjective judgments in measurement, selection, preparation, and operation of standard test equipment; extracts and compiles a variety of engineering data from field notes, manuals, lab reports, etc., processes data, identifies errors or inconsistencies, and selects methods of data presentation; and assists in design modifications. Candidate may be required to perform other tasks on an as-needed basis. Must be able to obtain and retain a DoD Secret security clearance. Position is located in Patuxent River, MD. Armament/Weapons Support Equipment (AWSE) Technician:

Position requires a high school diploma or equivalent and completion of a military or technical trade school; or completion of at least 30 semester hours of technical or science related courses. Requires four (4) years of practical experience as a USN Aviation Ordnanceman (AO) or USMC Aviation Ordnanceman Technician performing organizational/intermediate level operations and maintenance on and/or with AWSE. Must be able to read, interpret, utilize, evaluate, and recommend improvements to engineering drawings, schematics, parts lists, and specifications, while also being able to assemble mechanical equipment accordingly. Must be able to clearly communicate and understand technical requirements/procedures as they pertain to mechanical/electro-mechanical SE/AWSE, while also being capable of performing test and evaluation of SE items independently. Additionally, position requires the ability to obtain and retain applicable certifications/licenses including Class "C" Ordnance Handler; Aircraft Maintenance Cranes; SE Tow Tractors; Nitrogen Servicing Unit; Portable High Pressure Gas Cylinder; Bomb Hoist Unit; Powered Weapons Loader; Airfield Operators License; and Safety Forklift up to 20,000 lbs. Designation as an Aviation Ordnanceman Quality Assurance Representative, Collateral Duty Inspector, or equivalent is highly desired. Logistician II:

Position requires a BS/BA and at least 3 years of defense life-cycle (acquisition) logistics support experience, or 4 years' experience without a BS/BA degree. Additionally, must have a background in P-3/EP-3 maintenance along with maintenance control desk experience. Proficiency with supply support functions is highly desired. Provides assistance to logistics managers in performing logistics planning, execution, and management functions in support of PMA-290F Foreign Military Sales programs. Specifically, provides Integrated Product Support functions and sustainment planning efforts for the PMA-290F Norway Case Manager and DAPML. Participates in the preparation, coordination, operation, and post evaluation of Integrated Logistics Support reviews, Integrated Product Team (IPT), Maintenance Engineering Logistics reviews and other technical and logistics meetings. Must be able to obtain/retain a Secret level security clearance. May be required to perform additional tasks on an as-needed basis. Position located in Patuxent River, MD. Requisition #2019-003

Engineering Technician III (Test Cell Propulsion):

Candidate must have a HS diploma or GED, and completion of a technical school, trade school, or advanced armed services technical school curriculum or course of training in electricity, electronics, avionics, mechanics, armaments/ordnance, or engineering technology; or completion of at least thirty (30) semester hours of course studies at an accredited college or university in an engineering, scientific, or technical curriculum. Must be able to obtain/hold held certification to run at least one type of engine in these facilities. Must have the ability to obtain a license to operate several pieces of aircraft Support Equipment. Must have 10 years of practical experience in the test propulsion field – operating and maintaining aircraft propulsion systems and associated support systems. Will operate and maintain gas turbine engine test facilities and associated propulsion systems support equipment. Will conduct various tests which may require minor modifications in test set-ups and procedures as well as subjective judgments in assessing measurements. Prepares items for test, operates items under test, and records the test data, identifying deviations resulting from equipment malfunctions or observational errors. Administrative Assistant (part-time/on-call):

Candidate requires a high school diploma or GED. A minimum of three (3) years office-related administrative support experience is desired. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) is required, along with being able to communicate effectively, demonstrate good customer service skills, work independently as well as in a team environment, and type a minimum of 40 words per minute. Proficiency in use of Defense Travel System (DTS), BASICS II, Common Message Processor (CMP) for Naval Messages, Aircraft and Personnel Automated Clearance System (APACS), and MS Access is a plus. Performs basic administrative/receptionist support, prepares travel requests, coordinates travel/lodging arrangements, and assists in completing travel claims. Utilizes MS Office software to perform word processing, data entry, transcription, graphics preparation, digital filing, reproduction, email/mail distribution, and other administrative duties as required. Maintains office supply inventory and orders replacements as needed. Schedules conference rooms, video teleconferences, and meetings. Candidate must be able to obtain/retain a Secret level DoD security clearance and may be required to perform other tasks on an as-needed basis. Position is located in Patuxent River, MD. Systems Administrator:

Requires a BS or BA degree in Computer Science or related technical specialty; OR a HS diploma/GED AND an additional eight (8) years of combined education/experience working within a relevant technical field. Basic experience includes at least three (3) years of computer systems related support and requires certifications in Security+ CE (or higher) and in at least one Microsoft Operating System (OS) within 180 days of employment. Additionally, knowledge and skills relating to Windows Server 2008/Windows 7 and Active directory are essential, along with ability to address service requests, routine server maintenance, and server consolidation. Additionally, this position necessitates having knowledge in Windows Server OS Security directives, DoD Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIG), and Track-IT or other Helpdesk Applications. Positional duties involve providing systems administration support to maintain closed-loop network functionality; performing data backup, storage, and archiving routines; developing and submitting inputs to software user documentation; complying with NAVAIR information security guidelines; supporting configuration management requirements; and operating computers, network servers, backup storage devices, and other peripheral equipment. Sr. Electrical Engineer:

Candidate requires a BS degree in electrical engineering from an accredited ABET college or university. Must have at least 8 years of experience supporting RDT&E programs for military aircraft/weapon systems, including 6 years performing in the function areas described below. Must have demonstrated experience directing, monitoring, and/or participating in the installation, configuration, calibration, and operation of engine test systems, environmental chambers, associated instrumentation, and/or data acquisition systems used for testing propulsion and electrical power systems. Prior DoD acquisition work experience is preferred. The candidate should be capable of managing programs including writing proposals, developing program plans, and providing briefing material. Functions involve applying engineering principles to modify and upgrade laboratory electrical and instrumentation systems in support of power and propulsion RDT&E programs. Prepares procurement specification inputs, interface drawings, installation design packages, and calibration procedures to accommodate unique test requirements. Oversees systems modifications, installation, integration, and checkout functions. Performs test planning, data collection, and test data analysis. Candidate must be able to obtain/retain a Secret level DoD security clearance and may be required to perform other tasks on an as-needed basis. Position is located in Patuxent River, MD. Electrical Engineer:

Candidate requires a BS degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited ABET college or university. Must have at least 4 years of experience supporting RDT&E programs for military aircraft/weapon systems, including 2 years planning, directing, and/or participating in aircraft and laboratory testing. Functions entail providing support for electrical power quality testing and evaluation, including voltage and frequency transients/modulation, voltage distortion, and power interruption on various aircraft, shipboard, ground vehicle, and vendor prototype components and equipment. Additionally, the candidate will interface test articles with programmable power supplies and data acquisition equipment to conduct power quality tests, followed by analysis of test article responses for compliance with MIL-SPECS/MIL-STDs. In particular, candidate must have experience with MIL-STD-704, MIL-STD-1275, and FAA RTCA DO-160. Position also requires knowledge of test planning, data collection, data analysis, test report writing, and presentation of results. Further requirements include specialized knowledge and experience in the design, installation, operation, calibration, maintenance and repair of power quality test facilities, associated equipment, and their control systems. Candidate must be able to obtain/retain a Secret level DoD security clearance, and may be required to perform other tasks on an as-needed basis. Position is located in Patuxent River, MD.
