Armament/Weapons Support Equipment Engineering-Technician:

Position requires a high school diploma or equivalent and completion of a military or technical trade school; or completion of at least 30 semester hours of technical or science related courses. Requires twelve (12) years of practical experience as an SE/AWSE mechanic/technician, including six (6) years performing installation of armament and/or weapons equipment. Candidate must be able to interpret, analyze, utilize, evaluate, and recommend improvements to engineering drawings, schematics, parts lists, and specifications, while also being able to assemble mechanical equipment accordingly. Must be able to clearly communicate and understand technical requirements/procedures as they pertain to mechanical/electro-mechanical SE/AWSE, while also being capable of performing test and evaluation of SE items independently. Machine shop and fabrication experience is preferred, to include knowledge of manual and CNC end-mills (operator only), manual lathe, horizontal and vertical band saw, drill press, grinders, pneumatic swaging machine, GMAW (MIG), SMAW (Stick) Welding, and plasma cutting. Additionally, position requires the following certifications/licenses: Class "C" Ordnance Handler; CAT III (Non-Cab) Crane; NS32M-14 and NS32M-l 7 Aircraft Maintenance Cranes; NS32A-30, NS32A-30A, AS32A-42, and AS32A-45 Support Equipment Tow Tractors; NU264-4 NAN 4 Nitrogen Servicing Unit; Portable High Pressure Gas Cylinder; HLU-196B/E Bomb Hoist Unit; NS32K-l Powered Weapons Loader; Airfield Operators License; and Safety Forklift up to 20,000 lbs. Performance of other tasks may also be required on an as-needed basis. Must be able to obtain and retain a DoD Secret level security clearance. Position is located at NAS Pt. Mugu, CA. Warehouse Specialist:

Position requires a high school diploma or GED. Previous warehouse operations, box truck, and forklift experience are highly desired, as well as possession of current DOT Medical Exam and CDL. Duties include verifying shipments against receiving documents; noting any discrepancies or damages; moving materials to storage locations; performing inventories; and preparing/coordinating items/equipment for shipment. Positional duties may also include performing other tasks on an as-needed basis, as well as obtaining/retaining a Secret level DoD security clearance. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Position is located on Webster Field in St. Inigoes, MD and in Lexington Park, MD. Requisition #2019-034

Corrosion Prevention Equipment Specialist:

Candidate must have a High School degree or GED and Technical Training in a relevant technical field applicable to aircraft corrosion prevention/control. Specifically, candidates must have completed Navy "A" or "C" school or service equivalent school or attended OEM/Factory technical training programs related to the C-130 aircraft. Candidates must have at least five (5) years of practical (hands-on) corrosion prevention/control experience within the past seven (7) years. Two (2) years of this experience must have been at or above the military E-5 level or the non-military equivalent. Non-military equivalent experience level is at or above the senior journeyman level, senior electronics or engineering technician level, etc. Former USN/USMC metalsmiths with corrosion control/prevention training experience preferred. Candidate must be able to obtain/retain Secret level DoD security clearance, and may be required to perform other tasks on an as-needed basis. Position is located in the Ft. Worth, Texas area. Drafter/Designer Technician, Junior :

Computer-aided design experience with applications such as SolidWorks and/or AutoCAD is highly desired. Position will assist Sr. engineers and technicians in the design, development, installation, modification, upgrade, operation, inspection, maintenance, and repair of aircraft and/or laboratory propulsion, electrical, electronic, and/or mechanical systems. Primarily serves as a computer-aided drafter/designer while working closely with Project and Test engineers in supporting concept development of models/drawings. Duties include drafting engineering drawings and models using computer-aided design software, such as SolidWorks and/or AutoCAD; providing technical support and coordination with machine shop personnel for fabrication of fixtures or other parts; and providing for and assuring timely availability of the test equipment and fixturing needed for carrying out test program objectives. Candidate may be required to perform other tasks on an as needed basis. Must have a high school diploma and be able to obtain and retain a DoD security clearance. Position is located at NAS Patuxent River, MD. Requisition #2019-022

Drafter/Designer Technician II:

Position requires a high school diploma/GED and completion of a military or technical trade school in propulsion systems, electricity, electronics, avionics, mechanics, or armaments/ordnance; or completion of at least 30 semester hours of technical based courses. Must have at least three (3) years of practical experience in the design and fabrication of test fixtures. Test laboratory experience is highly desired. Computer-aided design experience with applications such as SolidWorks and/or AutoCAD is required. Position will assist Sr. engineers and technicians in the design, development, installation, modification, upgrade, operation, inspection, maintenance, and repair of aircraft and/or laboratory propulsion, electrical, electronic, and/or mechanical systems. Primarily serves as a computer-aided drafter/designer while working closely with Project and Test engineers in supporting concept development of models/drawings. Duties include drafting engineering drawings and models using computer-aided design software, such as SolidWorks and/or AutoCAD; providing technical support and coordination with machine shop personnel for fabrication of fixtures or other parts; and providing for and assuring timely availability of the test equipment and fixturing needed for carrying out test program objectives. Additional responsibilities involve adapting/modifying existing equipment and measurement techniques; and designing/fabricating new instrumentation and test set-ups to obtain specific equipment performance data. Candidate may be required to perform other tasks on an as needed basis. Must be able to obtain and retain a DoD security clearance. Position is located at NAS Patuxent River, MD. Engineering Technician III (CSE/PSE):

Candidate requires a High School diploma/GED and completion of a technical school, trade school, advanced armed services technical school, or completion of at least thirty (30) semester hours of course studies in a technical curriculum. Requires at least ten (10) years of practical experience in the aviation avionics field that includes four (4) years performing avionics equipment installations at the intermediate level maintenance level using avionics CSE/PSE. Experience with CASS/RTCASS systems is highly desired. This position performs assignments that are not completely standardized or prescribed; selects or adapts standard procedures for equipment by using fully applicable precedents, receives initial instructions and equipment requirements, and is provided advice from supervisor or engineer as needed. Additionally, this position will performs one or a combination of the following typical duties related to CASS/RTCASS systems: constructs components, subunits, or simple models and/or adapts standard equipment; may troubleshoot and correct malfunctions; conducts various tests or experiments which may require minor modifications in test setups or procedures as well as subjective judgments in measurement, selection, preparation, and operation of standard test equipment; extracts and compiles a variety of engineering data from field notes, manuals, lab reports, etc., processes data, identifies errors or inconsistencies, and selects methods of data presentation; and assists in design modifications. Candidate may be required to perform other tasks on an as-needed basis. Must be able to obtain and retain a DoD Secret security clearance. Position is located in Patuxent River, MD. Engineering Technician III (Test Cell Propulsion):

Candidate must have a HS diploma or GED, and completion of a technical school, trade school, or advanced armed services technical school curriculum or course of training in electricity, electronics, avionics, mechanics, armaments/ordnance, or engineering technology; or completion of at least thirty (30) semester hours of course studies at an accredited college or university in an engineering, scientific, or technical curriculum. Must be able to obtain/hold held certification to run at least one type of engine in these facilities. Must have the ability to obtain a license to operate several pieces of aircraft Support Equipment. Must have 10 years of practical experience in the test propulsion field – operating and maintaining aircraft propulsion systems and associated support systems. Will operate and maintain gas turbine engine test facilities and associated propulsion systems support equipment. Will conduct various tests which may require minor modifications in test set-ups and procedures as well as subjective judgments in assessing measurements. Prepares items for test, operates items under test, and records the test data, identifying deviations resulting from equipment malfunctions or observational errors. Must be able to obtain/retain a Secret level security clearance and perform additional tasks on an as-needed basis. Position located in Patuxent River, MD. Requisition #2018-032

Administrative Assistant (part-time/on-call):

Candidate requires a high school diploma or GED. A minimum of three (3) years office-related administrative support experience is desired. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) is required, along with being able to communicate effectively, demonstrate good customer service skills, work independently as well as in a team environment, and type a minimum of 40 words per minute. Proficiency in use of Defense Travel System (DTS), BASICS II, Common Message Processor (CMP) for Naval Messages, Aircraft and Personnel Automated Clearance System (APACS), and MS Access is a plus. Performs basic administrative/receptionist support, prepares travel requests, coordinates travel/lodging arrangements, and assists in completing travel claims. Utilizes MS Office software to perform word processing, data entry, transcription, graphics preparation, digital filing, reproduction, email/mail distribution, and other administrative duties as required. Maintains office supply inventory and orders replacements as needed. Schedules conference rooms, video teleconferences, and meetings. Candidate must be able to obtain/retain a Secret level DoD security clearance and may be required to perform other tasks on an as-needed basis. Position is located in Patuxent River, MD. Systems Administrator:

Requires a BS or BA degree in Computer Science or related technical specialty; OR a HS diploma/GED AND an additional eight (8) years of combined education/experience working within a relevant technical field. Basic experience includes at least three (3) years of computer systems related support and requires certifications in Security+ CE (or higher) and in at least one Microsoft Operating System (OS) within 180 days of employment. Additionally, knowledge and skills relating to Windows Server 2008/Windows 7 and Active directory are essential, along with ability to address service requests, routine server maintenance, and server consolidation. Additionally, this position necessitates having knowledge in Windows Server OS Security directives, DoD Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIG), and Track-IT or other Helpdesk Applications. Positional duties involve providing systems administration support to maintain closed-loop network functionality; performing data backup, storage, and archiving routines; developing and submitting inputs to software user documentation; complying with NAVAIR information security guidelines; supporting configuration management requirements; and operating computers, network servers, backup storage devices, and other peripheral equipment. Sr. Electrical Engineer:

Candidate requires a BS degree in electrical engineering from an accredited ABET college or university. Must have at least 8 years of experience supporting RDT&E programs for military aircraft/weapon systems, including 6 years performing in the function areas described below. Must have demonstrated experience directing, monitoring, and/or participating in the installation, configuration, calibration, and operation of engine test systems, environmental chambers, associated instrumentation, and/or data acquisition systems used for testing propulsion and electrical power systems. Prior DoD acquisition work experience is preferred. The candidate should be capable of managing programs including writing proposals, developing program plans, and providing briefing material. Functions involve applying engineering principles to modify and upgrade laboratory electrical and instrumentation systems in support of power and propulsion RDT&E programs. Prepares procurement specification inputs, interface drawings, installation design packages, and calibration procedures to accommodate unique test requirements. Oversees systems modifications, installation, integration, and checkout functions. Performs test planning, data collection, and test data analysis. Candidate must be able to obtain/retain a Secret level DoD security clearance and may be required to perform other tasks on an as-needed basis. Position is located in Patuxent River, MD. Electrical Engineer:

Candidate requires a BS degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited ABET college or university. Must have at least 4 years of experience supporting RDT&E programs for military aircraft/weapon systems, including 2 years planning, directing, and/or participating in aircraft and laboratory testing. Functions entail providing support for electrical power quality testing and evaluation, including voltage and frequency transients/modulation, voltage distortion, and power interruption on various aircraft, shipboard, ground vehicle, and vendor prototype components and equipment. Additionally, the candidate will interface test articles with programmable power supplies and data acquisition equipment to conduct power quality tests, followed by analysis of test article responses for compliance with MIL-SPECS/MIL-STDs. In particular, candidate must have experience with MIL-STD-704, MIL-STD-1275, and FAA RTCA DO-160. Position also requires knowledge of test planning, data collection, data analysis, test report writing, and presentation of results. Further requirements include specialized knowledge and experience in the design, installation, operation, calibration, maintenance and repair of power quality test facilities, associated equipment, and their control systems. Candidate must be able to obtain/retain a Secret level DoD security clearance, and may be required to perform other tasks on an as-needed basis. Position is located in Patuxent River, MD.
